five and twenty things.

  1. I have fluffy hair and big teeth…have always had…probably always will have.
  2. As a result, my nickname was furball from 1991-1996…as a direct result, I did not date a lot in high school.
  3. The first movie I remember seeing at the theater was An American Tail.
  4. I listen to Christmas songs straight thru starting the day after thanksgiving…yep…i’m one of those.
  5. I firmly believe that everything sounds better with an English accent.
  6. I have wished for some time that my last name were Pepper or Abernathy.
  7. When I went to the DMV with my first boyfriend in high school, the clerk thought I was his mother.
  8. Inclement weather gear makes me ridiculously happy.
  9. Liberty Mutual commercials (the ones where strangers do little considerate things for others) and the songs Puff the Magic Dragon and Somewhere Out There have been known to make me tear up.
  10. I am determined to have a Dalmatian one day.
  11. Am all about alliterations.
  12. I have always thought that Jack Black bares an uncanny resemblance to Beastly (side kick to NoHeart) from the animated Care Bears series from the 80s.
  13. Once had a crush on a boy for 14 years…to this day he has no idea.
  14. I will always prefer a real pencil to pen.
  15. My favorite liquor drink is gin and tonic…my favorite flower is a purple tulip, and my favorite muppet is beaker…this is all subject to change but very unlikely.
  16. I hate the use of all caps and text abbreviations. 
  17.  Diagonally sliced sandwiches always taste better.
  18. Lost my front two teeth in an unfortunate roller skating incident when I was six.
  19. Always secretly wished I had gone to boarding school.
  20. Am the most indecisive person I know…I think.
  21. I have had an unusual fascination with eggplants for as long as I can remember.
  22. When I would visit my grandmother as a child I was fed exclusively fruit and mayonnaise sandwiches.
  23. I wore flip-flops everyday for the better part of my college career.
  24. Have always preferred boys with blue eyes.
  25. I love chocolate and nuts but never together.
